Amy,
as a multi-talented personality across lots of different areas of showbiz, it is pleasing to know that you love to read. So why should people read more, like you and I do? Knowledge is power, and I think books are so stimulating... there is something amazing about feeling the actual paper in your hand, and turning those pages is something that feels like an accomplishment. What is your favourite book and why? I love the "Tao of Pooh".. it is a small book but so insightful about life. Are you reading anything at the moment, is it any good? I've recently started another Career in "Real Estate", so I am reading "The Rainmaker" What will the next 12 months be like for you, what have you got lined up? The second Faith based movie that I produced "Steps of Faith" will be released soon, and I also have a single out with Too Short called: "Show me your love" I have another single featuring "Romeo Miller" that I plan to release in the next few months. Of all your occupations; acting, singing, wrestling, modeling or producing, which has been your favourite, and why? They all had their place in my life and also contributed to helping me become the person I am today. I think singing has been something very close to my heart because I wanted to pursue it for a long time, and finally found the time to do it. How did you actually get your big break? I'm not sure I got a "break." I just worked hard, studied my craft and went to a LOT of auditions. Some were good and some not so good, some ended up in a job and others heartbreak.. Will you ever write a book about your life? I might.. there is some painful stuff that will be hard to share but could also help others.. I wrote a book about getting into the Entertainment Industry called, "An Insider's Guide to making it in Show Business", and I enjoyed that process immensely. And lastly, “if you could be an animal, what would it be, and why?” A dolphin.. they just seem so darn happy all the time. Amy @TherealAmyWeber |
